Onboarding with Dashblack
We meet with you and determine your unique needs. We also look for potential ways of improvement and your infrastructure’s layout. This is where we get familiar with you and your processes.
We compile a proposal based on your requirements and submit it to you. We follow up with a call a day later to go over this with you to ensure you are satisfied with what we are offering and ensure you are satisfied with all the detail.
Upon accepting the proposal, we deploy remote applications which allow us to control your environment remotely. We also deploy monitoring software, firewalls, and servers where applicable. During this stage, we introduce you to your technician who will be handling your environment predominantly.

What is your turn around time?
This depends on the severity of your problem. If it is a Priority 1 matter, we drop everything and tend to your matter.
This is also clearly defined in the SLA that you will sign off on, but the basic MTTR (Mean Time To Respond) is set to 4 hours, although we typically RESOLVE matters in less than 1 hour. We believe in efficiency and managing your expectations. We beat our own deadlines and have never exceeded a deadline.

We support a multitude of companies which allows us a unique perspective on software, for example:
